Hyatt Place Washington D.C./National Mall Hotel

I had nice 3 nights in this hotel that's why I loved that. The room was well-appointed, and functional, with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe. The place had a family atmosphere.

It was as expected, with very good location and staff. Early checkin was good.

Fairly priced place, had a such great stay with good customer service from friendly and efficient staff. The room was exceptional and brand-new with a sofa bed, and I slept very well. Thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant in the immediate area around the hotel.

Clean hotel, unbeatable location in the center of the city, tasty breakfast.

It was fairly clean, I will be back. Location adjacent to monuments, The Anthem, the freeway.

Staff and location were SUPERB and I especially liked that the place was clean.

Everything was great, we had a great experience. Exceptionally comfortable beds and coffee, free tea and tea/coffee. We loved continental breakfast with plenty of different meals. The accommodation had a central location close to muesum so very good for site seeing.

Appreciated our stay at this brand-new hotel, it was such wonderful! Above average breakfast, plenty of options available.

It was a fab time staying at this incredibly beautiful hotel. Venue's reception was friendly. There was good choice of food, in general it was cheap.

Gorgeous interior, informative staff and outstanding breakfast. We really enjoyed our tasteful and compact room. An excellent casual restaurant was open on site. The beach nearby was amazing and the view was exceptional.

There was a rock hard bed.

the property was exceptionally comfortable and we had an extra special stay. warm breakfast with lots of meals. extremely helpful staff, provided superb service and were ready to help.

Facilities were wonderful, nevertheless wifi was slow.

Really enjoyable experience, fabulous area, calm rooms. Breakfast was good hot and had lots of options — fresh fruit, slices of fresh bread, yogurt and bacon. The venue's position was efficient business. Service was outstanding, we felt welcome.

We loved this hotel. Spend our time here comfortably. Only 5 minutes walk from Federal Center Southwest subway station...

Good breakfast and comfy bed. Furthermore, the parking was on-site and convenient. Attractive and competitive value for money for Washington.
